Assistant Planning Specialist
Conditions:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering fields.
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience in planning or operations.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is a must (written and spoken), proficiency in Turkish is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Availability for flexible working hours.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment.
- Team-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Job Description:
- As a Junior Planning Specialist, you will provide support to the production planning team and assist with various tasks related to production schedules, raw material control and procurement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and monitoring production and delivery schedules for EPS and panel manufacturing.
- Assisting with planning-related documentation tasks.
- Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and reporting to supervisors.
- Communicating with departments such as procurement, logistics, and production to ensure seamless operations.
- Preparing regular reports on performance metrics, and timelines.
- Collaborating supervisors to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Participating in meetings and providing feedback.
