RISK, FRAUD and PAYMENT ANALYSTS
Position Summary:
As part of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in troubleshooting, safeguarding, and supporting high-performance online gaming platforms, ensuring smooth and seamless experiences for our clients.

Requirements:
- Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus (PIQ knowledge is advantageous)
- Previous experience working with fraud detection tools would also be considered an asset
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on-site in Bitola
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Creativity and flexibility
- Open to learning and training opportunities
- Results-driven and a "go getter" mentality
Position Duties:
- Processing client withdrawals and refunds
- Safe guarding clients from a risk and fraud perspective
- Transaction monitoring
- Chargeback mitigation and processing
- Actively contribute to improving internal processes and recommending robust system improvements to increase team efficiency
