Truck Dispatch With and Without Experience - USA Market
Position: Truck Dispatcher & Safety Administrator positions available
Location: Skopje - Kisela Voda
Salary: Up to $3000 - depending on experience
Experience: Open to all levels (training provided)
Specialization: Flatbed preferred
Benefits: Private health insurance after the first year
Responsibilities:
- Book loads on the spot market efficiently and effectively.
- Manage dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Communicate with drivers and clients (brokers) to coordinate shipments.
- Monitor and adjust routes as needed for optimal efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of loads and shipments.
- Reach targets and maintain KPIs
Qualifications
- Experience in truck dispatching is a plus, but not required; we welcome those eager to learn!
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of flatbed trucking is preferred, but not essential.
