As our Influencer Marketing & Social Media Manager, you will take the lead in shaping and overseeing our brand’s presence in Serbia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Montenegro—boosting brand awareness and ensuring a strong impact across
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead & Coordinate Influencer Campaigns – Oversee influencer activations at events and integrate them into the brand’s long-term strategy.
- Manage Agencies & Partnerships – Supervise agencies responsible for campaign execution, ensuring smooth development, implementation, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with the Influencer EU team and other departments to align objectives and project strategies.
- Drive Strategic Brand Growth – Maintain strong relationships with influencers and industry partners, keeping up with trends and innovations.
- Monitor & Report Success – Create presentations and reports in PowerPoint, analyzing campaign results to optimize future strategies.
- Weekly Team Meetings – Ensure project progress, troubleshoot challenges, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Your Profile:
- Influencer Marketing Expertise – You have solid experience in project management and influencer marketing.
- Event Planning & Organization – You understand the dynamics of influencer campaigns and can engage Generation Z.
- Social Media Savvy – You are familiar with best practices across different platforms and countries.
- Problem-Solver with Strategic Vision – You stay cool under pressure and always find creative solutions.
