Dojrana Fresh Produce is a modern fruit producer and exporter located in the southeast of North Macedonia. As a subsidiary of the Dutch company Innofruit, we focus on the cultivation, packaging, and export of high-quality cherries, apricots, plums, and table grapes. Our products are delivered to a wide range of customers across Western and Eastern Europe.
Due to the upcoming departure of our current Finance Manager, we are looking for an experienced and driven:
Finance manager (full-time)
Place of work: Bogdanci, North Macedonia
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the company's Finance, Administration, HRM, import/export procedures, subsidies and legal matters.
- Preparing, analyzing, and explaining monthly and annual figures.
- Identifying and implementing improvements in management information systems and business processes within the organization.
- Act as a key member of the Management Team.
- Maintain regular communication with Innofruit’s management and stakeholders.
- Represent the company to institutions, customers, suppliers, and other external parties.
- Provide structure and continuity in internal meetings and reporting cycles.
- Contribute to business development and strategic planning.
What do you bring?
- Proven experience in financial management.
- A relevant educational degree in Finance or Economics
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills with a well-developed "helicopter view."
- Hands-On mentality
- Strong skills in Office365, Experience with Pantheon would be a big benefit.
