In Macedonia, in the Bitola region, KROMBERG & SCHUBERT has built a factory and employs over 6,000 workers. Our company requires a candidate who will become part of our team for the following position:

Fault Elimination Specialist in Quality 

The Fault Elimination Specialist prepares measures to eliminate real and potential manufacturing faults. Reports to the FBT Team Leader.

The JH is responsible for:

• Necessary measures in escalations; Process analysis and identification of potential risks
• Taking the necessary measures during the risk analysis; Definition and implementation of standards
• Keeping the standards and preventive measures ; Participation in the FMEA creation
• Running the problem solving process; Improving the performance of problem-solving process
• Requirements:
• University degree (Technical, or similar)
• Training in quality management or experience with quality management skills and knowledge
• Fluent English 
• PC skills on professional user level (MS Office)

General requirement:

• Experience in quality management is an advantage
• Expertise in production is advantage
• Customer-oriented (internal and external)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Structured and systematic approach
