At the moment we are looking for a candidate to fill the position of Director of Client Services. You will be working remotely as a contractor to the Essence of Email company. Working hours: 13:00 — 21:00 CEST

Director of Client Services

The Director of Client Services is responsible for ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and client performance.

What does Director of Client Services do?

• Overviews the work on all client accounts
• Ensures the success of every client account and high level of client satisfaction through everyday work of the Operations Team
• Works on improving client relationships
• Advises Account Managers on client communication, strategy approach, prioritization, personnel issues, and operational difficulties
• Cooperate with Strategist to choose the best strategic approach
• Train Account Managers to perform better
• Coaching Account Managers on digital marketing matter
• Improving standard operating procedures

Required profile:

• Advanced English (both written and spoken)
• Great experience in digital marketing (2 years minimum)
• Excellent (and proven) client management skills
• Project management knowledge and experience
• Previous experience on similar positions
• Capable on transferring knowledge and coaching
• Independent and available to work 8 hours on weekdays
