To support our team located in Skopje, Macedonia we are currently looking for:
Maintenance engineer m/f (SMT & Final Assembly processes)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Create, update and maintain the preventive maintenance plans and connecting documents, with respect to the production equipment;
Plan/coordinate and supervise the maintenance technicians daily work;
Training of the new colleagues in maintenance;
Ensure the necessary materials and spare parts for everyday maintenance activities;
By regularly analyzing the KPIs – create action plans to prevent losses by designing new maintenance tactics, procedures and methods;
Professional support for maintenance technicians and set-uppers in order to solve the daily problems effectively; participation in the install process of the new product lines;
Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs- ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns;
Improving health and safety policies and procedures in maintenance activities;
Responsible for maintaining and repairing the plant equipment, tools and systems used in manufacturing engineering and other industrial production processes;
Conducting periodic maintenance checks, planning equipment upgrades and machinery modifications, identifying faults, investigating equipment breakdowns and monitoring the performance of equipment after repairs have been carried out;
Responsible for the procurement of new components for existing equipment, or replacing the entire set of machines after a prescribed period of usage is complete;
Maintenance engineers work in multi-disciplinary teams, which include plant and production personnel, manufacturing engineers, design engineers and other technical professionals, to ensure uninterrupted, efficient and quality-driven production or plant operations;
Often is required to be on-call available and to react on-site after normal working hours, during weekends/bank holidays/night time and to work overtime.
Essential requirements:
Minimum 3 year of experience in maintenance;
Solid knowledge of production line technologies;
Strong mechanical, electrical and pneumatic knowledge;
Automotive experience is an advantage;
Fluent in English
