Vrabotuvanje.com, for the requirements of our client, we are announcing the following open job position: 

OFFICE MANAGER / FINANCE ASSISTANT

 

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the efficient running of the office on daily basis
  • Performing receptionist duties, welcoming guests and answering calls
  • Administration of documentation and email flow, post management 
  • Correspondence with other departments within the company and external parties
  • Answers question and provide assistance to stakeholders, customers, and clients as needed
  • Providing administrative assistance and enabling accurate and timely information flow
  • Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases, etc.
  • Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the finance manager
  • Create, send, and follow up on invoices
  • Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
  • Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct
  • Collect information for and prepare payroll payments for employees
  • HR and other database administration, entering data, processing and following up, preparing reports, formatting and translating document
  • Assistance in organising promotional, training and other events
  • Other administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • High School / University degree
  • Fluency in English
  • PC literacy
  • Excellent knowledge of business correspondence
  • Proactiveness, flexibility, responsiveness, politeness
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
