Operations Data Analyst (Ohrid)

Responsibilities:
At Slice, the Operations Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. Develop analysis and reporting capabilities. Also, monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. The Operations Data Analyst is responsible for supporting management decision making, through data analysis and actionable insights. 

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Work with operations team, both in NYC office and in Macedonia, to improve our operational processes and efficiencies.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Comfortable working with product, technology, and business leaders to make those designs turn into reality.
• Build dashboards and reporting for operations and leadership teams to monitor KPI's
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
• 2+ years of data mining experience
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Analytical mind and interest in learning the Slice business operations data
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Experience with Excel/Google sheets.  Bonus points for SQL and/or Python background
• Ability to learn new tools/technology quickly.
• Clear communicator and strong attention to detail
• Ability to clearly articulate and defend analytical findings
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
• Willing to do required travel

Salary :  $450 +
