What would be your responsibilities on this position? 
 
You will be responsible for all the in-trade activities for the respective category and development of the retail design & merchandising strategy in order to implement the brand image and identity in stores, to reinforce brand visibility, in line with international guidelines.  
 
  • Closely work with sales and marketing team to prepare trade plans and strategy that will support our growth ambition 
  • Monitor trade strategy implementation by channel/customer and create gap closing activities when/where needed in line with strategy and given budgets
  • Develop merchandising standards for the respective category by channel and timely monitor implementation in trade
  • Recommend actionable in-store solutions based on a clear understanding of shopper behaviour and frequent trade visits
  • Update on competitors key activities at the point of sales 
  • Deeply analyse sell out, market data, features, trends, research data at Category, Channel and Customer Level
  • Give relevant input / recommendations in terms of portfolio optimization / new product launches
  • Lead monthly and annual business development plan 
  • Implement and track trade marketing activities customers with commercial and marketing teams designed to increase sales and brand/category presence
  • Manage budget of respected category and specific activities
 
Profile of the candidate 
 
  • University degree 
  • 2-3  years of relevant experience on same position, preferably in FMCG branch
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing will be considered an advantage 
  • Proactive, communicative, result focused and team oriented personality 
  • Strongly developed influencing and presentational skills
  • Developed organizational and time management skills 
  • Developed analytical, strategic and problem solving skills 
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Power Point) 
  • Active knowledge of English (both written and spoken) 
 
Position is based in Skopje, Macedonia.
