Quality Planner
Areas of responsibility:
- Support and moderation of customer audits
- Responsible for control plans
- Review of project specific documents for new projects (D-FMEA, test plans, qualification results, SAP master data, control plans, test instructions, customer specifications, CSR’s, RUN-results, etc.)
- Support assembly trials and release of RUN’s for new projects
- Quality support for transfer projects
- Take over responsibility for quality planning activities from the development location for projects in serial launch phase
- Take over full responsibility for projects in serial production including change management
- Customer communication
- Problem solving process
- Participation in audits
- Support of continuous improvement process
- Implementation of management system requirements and ensure the information flow to employees
Your profile:
- Degree in mechanical or electro-technical engineering, mechatronics or electronics
- Experience in automotive industry
- Electronic and mechatronic knowledge
- Measurement and test engineering
- Basic knowhow in business management
- Electronic assembly processes SMT (Surface Mount Technology), THT (Through Hole Technology)
- SAP knowhow (especially SAP Q module)
- Cooperative
- Authority
- Team player
- Strong personality and ability to work under pressure
- Readiness for action
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is an advantage
