Key Account Manager​
(for all regions in Macedonia: Polog, Southwest, Pelagonija, Vardarski, Southeast, East, Northeast)​

The company serves around 1.2 million customers under the Vip brand in the Macedonian market. Key Account Manager is responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients;
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business;
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross- selling;
  • Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company’s sales target;
  • Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business;
  • Manage and solve conflicts with clients. The account Manager is expected to have specific information regarding daily operations of the Company and keep client updated;
  • Establish budgets with the client and company;
  • Ensures quality of service and level of customer satisfaction according to our company standard;
  • Organizes contacts, negotiations and maintains current base with Business customers.
 
Skills and Key Experience:
  • Experince of managing major national accounts at head office level
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills 
  • Previous experience in Account Management and display an attitude that is key to success 
  • Fluency in English (oral and writing) 
  • Team-player with a flexibility and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks 
  • Willingness to go extra-mile, to meet demanding deadlines 
  • Valid driving license
  • Min 3 - 5 years experience in sales
