For our branch in Zhelino we are looking for a talented, experienced and initiative personality in the following position:
GENERAL MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Organizing, managing and evolving Kiel Macedonia
- Responsible for process results at KIEL Macedonia
- Lead a team of about 60 employees, white- and blue collar
- Monitoring and developing KPI‘s and report to central executive in Germany
- Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectives annually, and submitting time projections to corporate management for approval
- Overseeing the monthly financial statement to ensure it is complete, accurate and submitted on time to the corporate management
- Take care of costumer requests
- Working closely with our headquarter and reporting to the central executive team
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production technology or similar qualifications in technical surroundings)
- Academic qualifications are complemented by a long-standing professional experience, which is preferably gained in production or automotive industry
- Ability and the background to operate a smaller company in all areas
- Knowledge of the national language and regional manners are required
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
- Good knowledge of English in speaking, reading and writing (German would be an advantage)
- Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and familiar with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
- Proven competence in planning and the ability to stay in good contact with customers, suppliers and business partners
- Software knowledge: MS Office applications, ERP software (preferably SAP R/3)
- Personal Skills: Initiative, teamwork, leadership, flexibility and organizational skills
