Following the successful start-up of the Macedonian Plant in Ohrid we are looking for a Surface Mount Technology -SMT Technician to join our Production Electronics Team.
Reporting to the Electronic Production Manager, duties will include but are not limited to, planning and executing all levels of preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting daily operational issues to minimise downtime, developing a lessons learnt culture to reduce reoccurrence of machine issues, define and manage spare parts inventory control processes for new/existing equipment.
Ideally, candidates will have Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering,
- Experience with surface mount equipment is an advantage
- Working knowledge of electrical schematics
- Good mechanical problem solving skills
- Advanced MS Excel, Word, Access, E-Mail - Outlook skills
- Precise attention to numerate detail
- Ability to understand concepts quickly
- Knowledge of SAP or Other MES systems is an advantage
- Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines under pressure
- Organizational and Team management skills
- Team player, Proactive, Well motivated
- Fluent in verbal and written Macedonian and English
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, problem solving abilities, organising skills are essential ;
