Job Description:
- Job application collection
- Direct and indirect labor recruitment
- Communication and cooperation with officials regarding labor/ employment matters
- Coordination of medical check ups
- Maintain / update candidate database
- Employee database administration , employee attendance record
- Overtime calculation
- Provide counselling to employees
- Communication with the payroll service provider, cleaning service and security service providers
- Responsible for 5S, Zoning, color-coding of equipment
- Communicate and coordinate with Health and safety officer/ service provider
Job Specification:
- Bachelor degree-Faculty of law
- Min 2 years’ experience in similar position in manufacturing company
- Any On-the-Job Quality Training required: Human Resources, Ethics, Labor, Safety & Environmental
- Additional skills: Leadership, communication
