Vacancy: KPI Specialist (maternity cover)

Clean Air Division supplies one third of all catalysts fitted to cars around the world and is a leading producer of catalysts for trucks and buses too. We use our scientific know-how to create innovative products that play a crucial part in reducing harmful emissions and improving air quality, helping our customers meet legislative requirements globally.
We are now seeking a strong, analytical and pro-active KPI Specialist to join our Production team. The successful candidate will use their technical, organisational and analytical skills to drive consistent and efficient work in a manufacturing environment. It needs to possess proven skills to solve problems, demonstrating quick response capability in accordance with changing business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Control and flow of production output quantities and provides production KPI data based on daily, weekly and monthly data ready for analysis
- Creating all Key Performance Indicators for the plant
- Monitoring and alignment for the data in multiple computer systems used for monitoring the performance of a highly automated manufacturing facility
- Creating detailed graphs for analyses of the data
- Coordination with production supervisors on the new updates and changes in production reports
- Actively facilitating and controlling the flow of data from the supervisors daily shift reports and results
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Degree or professional qualification in Economics (Accounting, Maths or other relevant subjects)
- At least 2 years relevant working experience
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel
- SAP and Visual Basic working knowledge (advantageous, but not essential)
- Understanding of Production, Administration, Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental practices and procedures
- Attention to numerate details
- Competent using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) and have strong numeracy skills
- Fluent verbal, written Macedonian and English
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30h till 16:30h
Please note that this is a temporary position for maternity cover - 12 months!
