Our new Baumer production plant is being built in Skopje, Macedonia. For the ramp-up and future profitable growth of this brand new plant we are looking for:

Quality Manager (m/f) Baumer Macedonia

Purpose of the job is monitoring and improvement of processes, developing corrective actions on process deviations, implementing and checking the corrections for sustainability.

Your challenge:

• Quality Management from A like Audit to Z like Zero Defects
• Member of the Plant Management Team
• Implement the quality processes and tools
• Optimize the production processes in terms of quality
• Make the Quality Assurance of the final products and the incoming material
• Coordinate the customer requirements, audits and claims
• Report the quality figures to the management
• Participate in the planning, organization, budget and projects
• Setup and control the Quality Management System according to ISO9001:2015

Qualifications and Expertise:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Several years of experience in electronics production
• Several years of experience in Quality Management
• Application of Quality Tools and LeanSixSigma Tools
• Continuing education in personnel management
• Good command of spoken and written English language
