For our Headquarter in Nördlingen, Germany we are looking for a talented, experienced and initiative personality in the following position:
5-AIXLE MILING MACHINE OPERATOR
Responsibilities:
- Independent programming, setup and operation of a 5-Aixle Milling machine (Programming at machine and CAM-Module)
- Production of simple and complex articles according to technical drawings
- Monitoring the production and machine process
- Maintenance and repair of the Milling machine
- Quality control by means of suitable measuring equipment
- Documentation of the finished components (Quality / Measurements / misc.)
Requirements and qualifications:
- Experience in programming and processing a milling machine
- Skilled worker in a metal job
- Several years of professional experience as a machine operator
- Experience in welding would be a benefit
- Experience in dealing with other CNC-machines would be a benefit
- Knowledge about CAM-Module programming is a big benefit (preferred HSM-Inventor)
- Reading technical drawings / Knowledge to use measuring equipment (Vernier caliper / Presetter for milling tools)
- Willingness to shift work
- Personal Skills: Initiative, flexible and teamworker
- German or English language
