Customer Care Representative - English language

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for resolving incoming phone call, email, and chat communication
• Ensures all customer issues are addressed and resolved to completion
• Initiates customer escalations to internal teams

Qualifications:

• Excellent English – verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Positive, self-motivated attitude with high energy
• Ability to think, problem solve, take action and follow through
• Must be flexible to work in all 3 shifts available (morning, evening, night) with rotations
