Functions, duties, scope of responsibility and competence for the position:
- Ensure product quality with performing of 100% check of the FP.
- In order to prevent their reocurrence of the failure after finding of a few parts with same failure immediately inform QE and production line leader.
- Participation in daily failure analysis.
- Control of nonconforming products.
- Input informations for failures in the quality system.
- Following the measure tools’ condition, in case of damaging to initiate the checks from responsibles engineers.
- Following cleanliness and order at the working place.
- Check on the condions of regulations and issued documents.
- Fulfillment of the additional tasks given by quality engineer or department manager
- Compliance documentation of environmental management.
