Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

• To organize fulfilment of work in accordance with standards and specifications , which are approved with samples (models) and technical documentation, terms of supply and contracts. Provides strengthening of production discipline, ensuring of high technical level and quality of products.
• Blocking of the afected raw materials.
• Inserting of the supplier claim in the system-Guardus. 
• Improving the quality of manufactured products based on the experience gained during the processing of claims.
• Entering of documents in the PDM system and Windchill system . Notification of  responsible persons about confirmation.
• Create Inspection plans for the raw materials. 
• Organize daily work and control IG controllers.
• Control the lead time in quarantine zone
• Control are the testing of incoming raw materials done by IG controllers are according to inspection plans, raw materials specifications and working instructions. 
• Participation in the development and updating of the FMEA.
• Contact supplier and other departments in case of supplier complaint.
• Organization of the analysis of the failure based on iformation from production.
• Contact the suppliers and ask for replasment of the raw materials and 8D’s.
• Control the submition of the 8Ds from the suppliers. 
• Participate in audits preparation and during the audits.
• Participate in training of new workers and employees.
• Fulfilment of direct manager’s instructions.
• Report  about the executed tasks.
• In case of discrepancy, that can leads to  serial defficiency  Internal engineers must stop the production and inform the management. 
• Following cleanliness and order at the working place.
• Fulfillment  of the additional tasks given by quality engineer  or department manager.
• Compliance documentation of environmental management.
