Vacancy: LEAN Manufacturing Coordinator

Clean Air Division supplies one third of all catalysts fitted to cars around the world and is a leading producer of catalysts for trucks and buses too. We use our scientific know-how to create innovative products that play a crucial part in reducing harmful emissions and improving air quality, helping our customers meet legislative requirements globally.
We are now seeking a strong and pro-active LEAN Coordinator to join our LEAN team.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting and coordinating Lean & TPM activities and performing Lean audits through departments
- Suggesting ideas for improvements & sustainability of Lean and CI tools
- Conducting & coordinating projects involving Kaizen principles
- Raising awareness of continuous improvement initiatives through training and motivation of people to come up with ideas and preparation and distribution of informative material
- Implementation of knowledge sharing tools to foster the lean environment and improve a lean culture
- Leading to improvements in on time delivery metrics
Are you the ideal candidate?
- University degree or professional qualification
- Preferable previous working experience in industrial production process
- Experience of participating in Lean improvements events will be advantage
- Knowledge of Lean methods (related practices and procedures), principles and practices of operations improvement
- Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills (ability to collaborate with a multi-department team)
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Delegating responsibilities and gaining commitment
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, to prioritize work tasks and maintain focus
- Proactive, self-motivated individual with a good sense of priorities
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30h till 16:30h
