Shipping Officer - 1 positions
Reports to: Warehouse Leader
Department: Logistics Warehouse
Functions, duties, scope of responsibility and competence for the position:
1. Coordinating the work with products shipping from a producer to a customer.
2. Professional tasks related to the position:
- Control over the performance of products’ shipping.
- Forming of products’ shipping, making documents for shipping.
- Making decisions to remove problems and conflicts.
- Optimal planning of quantity and terms of products’ shipping.
- Coordinating and managing discussions about local changes.
- Daily updating and following the data base.
- Control over empties
3. Rules on the position, after basic training:
- Knowledge of juridical cases according to position, internal principles, documents
- Keeping of safety and labour safety rules
4. Quality Management:
- Participating in the errors analysis, working out methods for their removal.
- Collaborating in preparation for audits.
5. Planning tasks:
- Preparing and performing the training plan of subordinated area
- Production planning.
6. Giving, control, performing of the tasks Communicative requirements, collaboration
7. Performing of the requirements of the documentation system of ecological guidance.
8. Analyzing the incoming and outcoming activity data of the department and creation on the reason of the appropriate information list of ecological aspects, including wastes, revealed in their department.
9. Holding the initial identification of the ecological aspects.
10. Monitoring and actualization of ecological aspects that appears in the result of the department ctivity.
