Equipment Technician
Education: Technical high school/coledge
Experience:
- Work experience of minimum one year in equipment mainteance or equipment design;
- General knowledge about electronics (reading electrical schematics, using measument equipment);
- General knowledge about mechanics (reading pneumatic diagrams, reading mechanical drawings, ability to assemble equipment according to drawings);
- Basic knowledge about inverters, power supplies, gauges, sensors, actuators etc..;
- Knowledge of English language will be considered as advantage
Functions, duties, scope of responsibility and competence for the position
Professional tasks, responsabilities, dialy activities:
- Maintaining, repairing and improving high-tech and automated equipment (robots, CNC machines, hidraulic press, automated electrical testers etc.) in the factory;
- Troubleshooting defects on the equipment and taking actions for reapearance;
- Preventive maintenance of the equipment and proactive failure analysis;
- Proactive and structural approach in solving problems and components malfunction;
Rules for position after basic training of Gentherm Academy:
- Knowledge of juridical cases according to position, internal principles, documents;
- Keep safety and labour safety rules
Quality management:
- Participating in errors’ analysis, working-out methods for their removal;
- Cooperate in preparation for audits;
New employees selection, their training, retraining:
- Participating in trainings;
Sharing, controlling and fulfilling tasks:
- Report on the fulfilled tasks;
- Communicative duties, cooperation;
- Eager to learn and develop new skills;
