Responsibilities
(additionally for management: subordinated with concrete functions):
Professional/Functional responsibilities:
1. Coordination of the work of the Internal Logistics department(Production internal logistics, Warehouse, Shipping department(incl. Customs related duties)).
1.1. Supervision of the activities of Production internal Logistics:
- Ensure the efficient material flow in production according to the company standards and continuous improvement of the available standards
- Planning(budgeting) and ontinuous analyses of the resources(HC and equipment) in order to keep them on the budgeted level and ensure their continuous optimisation
1.2. Supervision of warehousing acivities: - ensure the efficient execution of the warehouse processes according to the standards of the company and the continuous improvement of the available standards; - planning, budgeting and continuous monitoring and analyses of the WH related costs(Human resouces, equipments, space) and keeping them on the budgeted level with continuous optimisation;
1.3. Supervision of the Shipping department.
- Ensure efficient transportation processes: - selection and evaluation of the transport companies; -decision regarding the transport modes and routs in order to achieve the best quality and costs; - regular analyses of the transport related costs and continuous work regarding it’s optimisation;
- Ensure proper documentation process according to the legislation requirements.
- Continuous analyses of the legislation changes regarding the customs regulations in order to make sure the company is working in line with the legislation requirements
- Continuous analyses of the customs regimes to ensure the best possible scenario of customs regime on project level in order to have the customs duty payments on the maximally low level considering the legislation requirements
- Planning(budgeting) and continuous analyses of the customs duty payments in order to keep them on the budgeted level and ensure their continuous optimization.
- Selection and evaluation of the service companies providing customs clearance services.
- Representing the interests of the company at gorvermental institutions in the topics related to the export-import operations of the company.
1.4. Organisation of the Annual stock take activities in the company.
2. Coordination of the work of Order Center(Raw material procurement, Production planning, Customer Service department).
2.1. Support the activities of the Raw Material procurement department.
- Ensure the uninterrupted flow of raw materials to the production
2.2. Supervision of the activities of the Production planning department:
- Execution of the production planning process according to the standards of the company.
- Continuous improvement of the available standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the production delivery performance
2.3. Supervision of the activities of the Customer Service department:
- Execution of the Customer Service process according to the standards of the company.
- Continuous improvement of the available standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the delivery performance to customers
2.4. Supervision on the Inventory management process:
- Ensure the inventory management process according to the standards of the company
- Continuous improvement of the available standards.
- Contribute to the achievemen of targeted cover days and Inventory turns ratios
3. Other functional responsibilities:
3.1. Supervision and lead of escalation topics
3.2. Negotiations and cooperation with internal and external partners of the Logistics department
3.3. Responsible for the budgeting process of the cost centers related to Logistics department
3.4. Responsible for continuous improvement of all Logistics processes
3.5. Responsible for definition, follow up, analyzing and continuous optimization of the Logistics related costs.
3.6. Represent the Logistics processes on internal and external Audits. Collaboration in Audit preparation and participation at Audits.
Disciplinary/Management responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and coordination of the work of employees of subordinate departments according to the defined disciplinary rules of the company and the relevant leagislation requirements.
- Responsible to participate in the selection of employees in subordinate departments
- Responsible to ensure efficient training, development, coaching and motiavation of employees in subordinate departments
- Responsible for execution of the tasks and directives given by the senior management
Other responsibilities:
- Ensure the execution of all HSE requirements in the subordinate departments and related work places and halls.
- Ensure the 5S standards in the subordinate departments and related work places and halls.
- Ensure the continuous improvement processes according to the standards of the company
- Participate in the organizational topics related to the plant.

Education: Higher, Fluent English knowledge.
Trainings /Certifications:
Lean Manufacturing – Lean toolset familiar required, Lean Certified preferred
APICS or equivalent professional certification desired
Microsoft Office Suite proficient
SAP or similar ERP system proficient
Experience: Experience in automotive industry min. 3 years. Management experience in the field of Logistics or Supply Chain management min. 2 years. Experience of work in foreign corporations no less than 3 years.
