Following the successful approval of the investment in Macedonia, Ohrid we are looking for a Empties Planner to join our Logistics team.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, duties will include but not limited to daily coordination with the Warehouse and Project Development departments for planning, development and implementation of new packing units and processes. The responsible Empties Planner will also have full responsibility, and will need to ensure availability of packing units for the daily production process, including daily tasks for control of empties stocks and management. The duties will also include coordination with customer on requirements, forecast coordination and empties supply chain.
The position will require excellent attention to detail and data management skills.
Ideally, candidates should have University Degree in Technical studies or Logistics, or in one of the Economical, Finance or a numeracy-based subject with prior experience in empties management.
Masters' degree in Logistics is an advantage. Knowledge and/or working experience in SAP or other ERP/MRP systems, at least 3 years’ experience working in Logistics or Production environment and record-keeping environment is also an advantage.
In addition, candidates should also ideally, have the following:
- Precise attention to numerate detail
- Ability to understand concepts quickly
- Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines under pressure
- Competent using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point and E-Mail - Outlook) and have strong numeracy skills
- Fluent verbal, written of Macedonian and English language is must
- Very good communication skills, negotiation skills, problem solving abilities, organising skills
- Proactive approach to work task
- Ability to work as part of larger team
- Team player, Proactive, Well motivated
