SOCIAL MEDIA DEVELOPER
Located at our Skopje office
GSI are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to dramatically increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
This includes developing our presence on social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Working directly for the management and alongside web and IT development, the candidate will need to create engaging content for a company's social media presence, including targeting particular groups and integrating social media with existing marketing and customer relationship management.
Required skills:
- University degree
- Excellent English language skills both written and oral as you will report to the English management team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Team player, careful, methodical and accurate, well organized and self motivated
Job description:
- Develop, implement and manage GSI’s social media strategy
- Measure and report the success of every social media campaign
- Improve SEO and web traffic
- Manage company social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and Facebook and any other relevant platforms
- Build new followers on social media channels, targeted to potential clients for our business sectors, so that we reach a wider audience when posting content
- Be open to exploring new social media channels abroad, such as WeChat in Asia
- Create content ideas that promote audience interaction, increase audience presence on our company websites, and encourages audience participation
- Analyse and report audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
- Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Manage newsletter creation and distribution
- Manages social media communications
- Optimise content
