Online Sales Advisors (m/f)
Location: Macedonia
As an Online Sales Advisor, you will be tasked with converting enquiries via the website, phone and email into Sales.
In addition, you will:
- Interact with customers online to provide a seamless customer journey
- Share your knowledge and provide the highest level of support
- Within this fast-paced, exciting environment, you’ll need a passion for online sales and lead generation skills
About You:
- To be considered as an Online Sales Advisor - Italian Speaking, you will need:
- Fluent proficiency in Italian both spoken and written, in addition to English
- Demonstrable experience in customer service and sales
- Proven experience of working with an online platform
- Strong typing skills (70 wpm)
