HR MANAGER
part time job
Your responsibilities:
- Implementation of corporate activities, processes and procedures related to human resources
- Conducting of recruitment, selection and employment procedures according to the plan and needs of the organization
- Personal records and administration of employees, maintenance of the employee’s database and their files
- Carrying out internal employment policies and providing support to the integration of new employees into the organization
- Planning and organizing events (team buildings, CSR projects, trainings…)
- Collaboration with the management for further improvement of the internal processes
Your profile:
- At least 1-2 years of experience on HR roles (preferably in international company)
- Professional knowledge of labor law, tax and social security system
- Good communication and organization skills
- Proactive, interested to move
- MS Office skills
- Languages: Macedonian and English (any additional language is a plus)
- Comfortable working as part of a team or on your own initiative
