We use our scientific know-how to create innovative products that play a crucial part in reducing harmful emissions and improving air quality, helping our customers meet legislative requirements globally.
We are now seeking a strong, analytical and pro-active Recruitment, ER & Projects Specialist to join our HR team, to manage and lead recruitment campaigns from strategic headcount planning through standard work methodology. The role is responsible for the successful, timely execution of recruitment campaigns with achieved targets.
Key responsibilities
- Managing multiple recruitment campaigns using a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
- Create talent pool
- Create, maintain and execute HR projects and procedures, as well as drive process improvements
- Ensure information concerning recruitment campaigns (i.e. schedules, interviews, deliverables, costs and issues) passes to-and-from key stakeholders
- Enable support in employee relations
- Implements, applies and places emphasis on EHS concepts with department specific responsibilities
- Organization and traceability of the documents
- Effective time management and prioritisation of day to day tasks, along with timely implementation of longer-term project work, and submission of subsequent management reports.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Degree or professional qualification (preferably HRM, Psychology, Law)
- Relevant experience (experience in manufacturing environment will be considered as advantage)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
- Preferable experience with HRIS
- Professional use of English language (verbal and written)
- Demonstrable problem solving and strong analytical review skills
- Flexible and pro-active approach, with the drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills (ability to collaborate with teams from different departments)
- Planning and organising skills
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30h till 16:30h
