Chief Business Development Officer - CBDO
Outcomes to succeed in this role:
- Identify rising business opportunities to help the business reach its full potential by researching new markets, growth areas, trends, people buying patterns, products and services;
- Ability to build strong teams on a very short notice and ability to find and motivate talented people;
- Set goals, plan and manage projects, manage the risks involved, forecast budgets, cost, time and resources needed to work on the project;
- Develop and grow the business by successfully building relationships in the industry, identifying opportunities, and completing partnership deals;
- Grow sales, revenues, loan portfolio by at least 200-300% YoY in 2020, and 50-100% YoY in 2021.

Areas of Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and initiate hiring process for growth teams;
- Research and take decisions for growth initiatives and set strategic goals;
- Lead and support top management and business growth departments (Marketing, Sales, Expansion);
- Forecast ROI and adjust budgets as per growth initiatives strategy to promote profitability;
- Directs and monitors different projects implementation that are initiated in company for business growth, by identifying the best market alternatives.
Professional Requirements:
- Education in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or any other related business field;
- Proven track and records of work experience in Marketing, Sales and product extensions and
- development;
- CBDO must have experience working in a similar business development position within a fast-pace
- and dynamic business environment;
- CBDO must have extensive experience and knowledge in Sales, Marketing, Strategic management
- and business planning;
- Previous experience in researches related to People's buying patterns and trends;
- Organized and working under constant pressure as part of a Business developers routine.
