To support our team located in Skopje, Macedonia we are currently looking for:
Product Quality Leader (m/f)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the dedicated Customers
- Managing all quality issues in the series production and customer visits with quality background
- Analyzing of root cause and implementation of corrective actions
- Coordination and Lead of problem solving teams
- Planning and organization of customer audits
- Starting of proactive action to reduce and/or eliminate customer returns
- Warranty Management
Essential requirements:
- University degree in Technical Faculty
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production plant in quality department
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office Package
