Business Partnerships Manager
We are hiring a Business Partnership Manager to build and grow our new B2B solution. This product is designed to change consumers shopping experience and helping our partners to grow business. So, the ideal candidate will create and develop corporate partnerships, while constantly raising the bar in how we cooperate with the individual company representatives.
Outcomes to succeed in this role:
- Identify potential partners that would benefit from our services based on our product goals and market needs for growth in North Macedonia
- Develop tactics around pathways to build partnership aligned to business strategy
- Establish relationship with company representatives and successfully negotiate partnerships with them
- Lead partnership implementation and performance in collaboration with other teams both locally and at company headquarters
- Achieve partnership growth, product sales and profitability targets
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the partnership models and identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness (including joint marketing and promotion activities)
- Ensure Tigo offering and brand visibility across partners distribution channels
- Become the partners trusted advisor, ensuring support and helping them overcome any issues related to the Tigo services, either by yourself or by leveraging the Tigo team
About you:
- Quickly able to identify and target the most eligible companies in the North Macedonia cities
- Networking and building relationships is your second-nature. Shy and quiet are not words that describe you
- You have 3+ years’ experience at a partnership management role, preferably in FinTech, banking, insurance, lending or telecom firm
- Despite your outgoing personality, you are structured, data driven and always on top of your things
- Preferably You have university degree in economics or management
- You are fluent in English
- You have a driver's license and own car for partnership visits
