Job Title: Assistant Contact Center Manager (German Language)

What skills are needed to join?
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in team supervising or similar role.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in management positions.
- You have an advanced level of German in spoken and written.
- You have an advanced level of English in spoken and written.
- You have good knowledge of computer and smartphone use.
- You like communicating on the phone.
What you need to do?
- Responsible for work environment, client satisfaction and profitability of a program by being the leader of the line of business unit integrated by Supervisors and agents.
- Manages and develops a team of assigned Supervisors to meet and exceed performance, quality, end-user satisfaction, client satisfaction.
- Transmit Teleperformance values through leading by example and demonstrating DNA in every interaction.
- Proactively maintain and deliver the required service levels whilst maximizing productivity in the team to ensure the desired operational margin.
