What skills are needed to join?
- You have experience in team supervising or similar role
- You have an advanced level of German in spoken and written.
- You have an advanced level of English in spoken and written.
- You have good knowledge of computer and smartphone use.
- You like communicating on the phone.
What you need to do?
- Manages and develops a team of assigned Agents to meet and exceed performance, quality, end-user satisfaction, client satisfaction.
- Provides guidance, support and education to the agents.
- Reviews team and Agent performance and quality metrics on a regular basis
- Provide “real time” support to Agents experiencing difficulties on calls and handles escalated irate and/or upset customers'.
