Training Manager (German Language)

Location: Teleperformance Skopje

What skills are needed to join?

• You have experience as a trainer / instructor.
• You have experience in supervising the progress of the trainers and the trainings which are held.
• You have experience in coaching and maintaining a high quality of training.
• You have an advanced level of German in spoken and written. 
• You have an advanced level of English in spoken and written. 
• You have good knowledge of computer and smartphone use.
• You have transfer knowledge (teaching) soft skills.

What you need to do?

• Supervise, coach, and manage the trainers / instructors, with the goal of enhancing their skills.
• Maintain a high quality of the provided trainings based on the performance indicators.
• Coordinate activities to ensure highest quality and respect deadlines.
• Assist trainers / instructors in solving complicated and unpredictable problems.
• Organize periodic meetings to check the progress and quality of training.
