We are expanding our team by looking for a:
Tasks:
- Switchboard and reception
- Coordination of business trips
- Mail processing, sorting / processing the mail of the site (letters, faxes etc.)
- Material procurement
- Direct contact in all organizational matters
- Support in process optimization in the context of specific tasks
- Preparation and coordination of meetings and visits
- Creation of employee ID cards and issuing of key cards
The profile we are looking for:
- Experience in a similar job position
- Knowledge of dealing with the standard software used, basic commercial knowledge
- Good ability to express yourself in spoken and written German (minimum B2 level)
- Strong communication skills, very good knowledge of English
- Social competence in relation to internal and external customers
