Supplier Quality Assurance Supervisor (m/f)
In order to support our factory in Kavadarci, we are searching for highly motivated professionals who are ready to face the challenges of the international markets with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.
Tasks:
- Internal and external contact person for supplier quality in series
- Technical management of two plants (Kavadarci and Zrenjanin) in the area of Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA)
- Ensuring the processes and complaint management as well as reporting quality data in the organization
- Execution of process audits for suppliers
- Escalation management and initiation of quality assurance measures
- Identification of further training needs and training of employees
Profile:
- Completed studies or vocational training with further qualification as a technician / master
- Several years of professional experience in quality management, supplier management or in production; Knowledge of electronics / mechatronics is expected
- Experience with common standards (e.g. IATF 16949, VDA, QS 9000) and tools (e.g. SPC, FMEA, maturity levels, APQP) in quality management
- Fluency in English language. Knowledge of German language is considered as advantage
- Readiness for business travel
- Training for VDA 6.3 auditor
