HR SPECIALIST
Why the role exists:
To contribute in the implementation of the Human Resource Strategies and deliver HR services that build business capability to achieve the company's agreed objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
Develops analytical job descriptions and evaluations, communicating with all relevant parties and managing to keep up-to-date the files
Ensures that the Performance Management system is implemented according to the company's procedures and that the employees are trained and informed of its operation
Participates in the formulation of employees' career planning according to their evaluation results
Runs employees' surveys, develops analytical reports and suggests actions in order to improve the services of the HR department
Contributes to managements’ efforts to create a positive and effective working environment and address legal requirements related to all employment activities, including HR principles and policies
Takes part in the process of Staffing the organization with the right talent assessing the required capability to create a competitive edge
Contributes to the building of Managers Capability to drive performance through Performance Management & Development Process
Aligns Compensation and Benefits strategies with local environment, identifying and proposing local market competitive practices, while highlighting internal equity issues
Ensures that employment records are regularly and promptly updated and maintained
Knowledge Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
MSc would be considered a plus
3 years of previous experience in Human Resources Sector
Top tier MS Office skills are essential
Excellent English, written and verbal
