Back office executive (Sales Department)
Responsibilities:
Handling accounts in offers calculations, order / contract entry, follow-up on production, coordination of shipments with clients and follow-up on collections. Additionally managing databases & analyzing consumer trends.
Important abilities: To ensure success as a Back Office Executive, the candidate should have extensive experience in office management, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to management requests. Ultimately, a Back Office Executive works quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for the management and the Front Office team. Hard work, fast learning, developing & teamwork are essential. The ideal candidate would have a mature behavior, is a success driven person that wants to extend his/her knowledge in different commercial areas, transparency, trust and empathy.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree
- Language: Excellent written and verbal English skills; good Serbian & Bulgarian
- Experience: Required; experience in back office business will be an advantage
