What you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to email enquiries
- Answering phones
- Live chatting via our website to customers
- Answering questions via social media channels
- Creating and maintaining help guides

- Monday to Friday - 5pm to 1am (For USA) - 1 person
- Wednesday to Sunday - 5pm to 1am (USA Weekend Cover) - 1 person
- Wednesday to Sunday - 11am to 7pm - 1 person
BRIEF DESCRIPTION ABOUT EACH JOB OPENING
1. Monday to Friday - 5pm to 1am (For USA) - 1 person
Apart from the information above you will be responsible for responding back to queries for our USA clients. This includes, responding back to emails, using our live chat feature where you are having a direct communication with the clients, providing phone support where needed.
2. Wednesday to Sunday - 5pm to 1am (USA Weekend Cover) - 1 person
Apart from the information above you will be responsible for responding back to queries for our USA clients where your workweek is Wednesday to Sunday from 5pm to 1am. This includes, responding back to emails, using our live chat feature where you are having a direct communication with the clients, providing a phone support where needed.
3. Wednesday to Sunday - 11am to 7pm - 1 person
Apart from the information above you will be responsible for responding back to queries for our clients. This includes, responding back to emails, using our live chat feature where you are having a direct communication with the clients, providing a phone support where needed.
Additionally, you will be responsible for contacting any inbound lead enquiry that will come through from 5pm and on, this includes scheduling calls or direct call to the inbound leads, emailing, answering the live chat.
