Technical Product Manager, Automotive Film Capacitors
Responsibilities:
- Support design-in activities for Automotive customers in cooperation with R&D and FAEs
- Advise FAEs and Sales on best Film solutions to be promoted for Automotive applications
- Analyze customers specifications and provide guidance to R&D in product definition
- Manage design documentation with R&D and Quality departments
- Product pricing definition
- Provide inputs on Automotive technology trends and perform competition benchmarking
- Act as interface with customers in technical discussions and for customized designs
- Assist in budget preparation and annual price negotiations with customers
- Support Product PMs with information on technology trends
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering
- Focus on Power Electronics is preferred
- Experience as Product or Project Management roles (1 or 2 years) in multinational companies of Electronics industry
- Team-working attitude within matrix organizations at all levels
- Fluency in English and proficiency in essential MS Office tools
- Comfortable in dealing with third parties and customer interactions
- Willingness to travel
- Knowledge of capacitor technology and expertise in Power Electronics would be an advantage
