For our branch in Zhelino, we are looking for a talented, experienced and initiative personality in the following position:
QUALITY ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Work close to and provide support to Quality Worker for day-to-day obligations
- Follow up the internal issues, find root cause and implement corrective actions
- Communicate with Customer to ensure Customer satisfaction
- Follow up and review issues and claims coming from Customer
- Analyse reported Customer issues and claims
- Provide 4D and 8D reports for all Customer issues and claims
- Review and give feedback on 8D reports send by the Supplier
- Create chargebacks to Suppliers based on reported claims
- Perform lab measurements
- Create measurement reports for initial samples
- Communicate, coordinate and consult with Industrial Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Logistics
- Complete all tasks given by the Quality Manager in provided target date
Requirements and qualifications:
- Min. 3 year of experience on similar position
- Ability to use measurement equipment and read technical drawings
- Software knowledge: MS-Office (Excel, Word); SAP system is a plus
- Quality tools knowledge of: 5Why, Fishbone is a plus.
- Knowledge of quality methods and standards will be an added advantage
- Well spoken and written English language
