For our branch in Zhelino, we are looking for a talented, experienced and initiative personality in the following position:
HR ASSISTANT
- replacement for maternity leave -
Responsibilities:
- Organizes business travels and helps in organizing events
- Organizes the shuttle service and keeps data on the documentation needed
- Prepares official documents (contracts, decisions, statements)
- Monitors all employee absences
- Provides information for the meals of the employees and makes sure the food quality is good
- Answers employee questions
- Participates in recruitment efforts, posting job ads and organizing resumes. Scheduling interviews with candidates
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Maintains current HR files and databases
Requirements and qualifications:
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years’ experience in the field of human resources
- Knowledge of Macedonian laws, especially Labor law
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Work experience in business management
- Advanced knowledge of English in speaking, reading and writing.
- You are transparent in approach and enjoy healthy, respectful debate. You work hard to build open and honest collaborative relationships
- Diligent with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain labor required needs
