The Role
The Campaign Manager will be responsible for the sustained growth and optimisation of a diverse range of campaigns, playing a key role in the development of integrated multi-channel campaigns.
Responsibilities will include day-to-day paid social campaign management, account structure maintenance, continuous creative & ad copy testing, landing page & user journey optimisation and strategy implementation.
The successful candidate will have a strong interest in the digital marketing space, be passionate about online gaming and highly analytical with a proven ability to make data driven decisions in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume executive responsibility for developing and maintaining innovative market leading campaigns whilst ensuring delivery meets all campaign requirements and KPI’s
- Day-to-day management and optimisation of multi-platform campaigns
- Paid social roadmap campaign definition and implementation
- Implementing robust creative and landing page optimisation testing processes
- Production of daily, weekly & monthly activity reports
- Regular market and competitor research
- Work with the wider Acquisition Team on core messaging, strategies, budgeting and forecasting
- Providing creative campaign solutions to create a competitive advantage
- A thirst for Identifying areas of growth and opportunity
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years paid social experience
- Highly analytical and target driven with the proven ability to deliver ROI
- Interest in online gaming is desirable but not essential
- Experience in managing large monthly budgets
- Knowledge of pixel implementation, tracking systems and analytics software
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Involvement in projects from inception to completion from a commercial and technical standpoint
- First class communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of business
- Passionate about processes with an impeccable level of attention to detail
- A team player who has the ability to thrive in a highly pressurised environment
