Job description and responsibilities
We are looking for a leader responsible for North Macedonia region to join our international sales management team.
This position will be directly managed by the international Board of the company.
We want to find a business-oriented manager with a desire to build, constantly grow and, last but not least, with the ambition to bring professional complex financial services in the retail segment in North Macedonia in all areas of the financial world.

Basic scope of work
- Providing professional advice to clients
- Relationship management
- Building own team of business partners
- Cooperation with other colleagues within the team and with other departments and specialists of the company internationally
Personality requirements and skills
- The ability to bring things to a successful end - a strong focus on the result
- Active, positive and pro-client approach
- Experience working in the financial sector is more than welcomed
- Feel like a „fish in the water“ while dealing with a customer and managing own team

Brief characteristics of the company
We are an international company, originally established in Slovakia in 2008.
With our unique system of work called Winners Concept, we bring professional complex financial services under one roof to our clients across Europe, using our own innovative systems and applications.
As a result of our successful operation in Slovakia, we gradually expanded to other countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Bulgaria and Ukraine were followed by Poland, with our upcoming North Macedonia launch in 2022.
