For our client Lidl, German international discount supermarket chain that operates over 12,000 stores across Europe and the United States, we are looking for:
RECRUITER
The position objectives are to support the operational implementation of recruitment and employment, as well as the overall human resourcing process.
Work tasks and responsibility
- Posting job advertisements and preparing recruitment campaigns in accordance with the standards
- Researching new recruiting channels and cooperation partners, as well as carrying out various tasks in personnel marketing
- Processing of incoming applications with the help of applicant management system
- Update the candidate database
- Assistance to managers in the evaluation of application documents and in job interviews
- Participation in position briefings, as well as target groups clustering
- Participation in the selection and assignment of recruitment agencies in cooperation with the searching department
- Active search and correspondence with potential candidates (Active Sourcing) and keeping candidate databases
- Following the legal regulations required for the operation of the company
- Conscientious documentation and reporting according to the requirements of the management, with whom you are in close contact at all times
- Support in the implementation of personnel marketing tools (e.g. design of selection brochures, preparation of vacancy advertisements, attendance of career forums and on the Internet) to build a sustainable image of the employer in cooperation with HR Marketing
- Operational support in marketing development and expansion to target groups in higher education institutions in cooperation with HR Marketing
- Organization and participation in human resourcing events (career forums)
- Assistance in projects in the HR Department (e.g. studies, data preparation)
The profile:
- Professional experience in the field of personnel recruitment and personnel marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector at least 3 years;
- Active sourcing of suitable candidate profiles and the selection of candidates
- University degree
- Excellent English spoken skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-minded, open personality with a strong service orientation
- Flexibility
- Sufficient Computer skills (MS Office)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Team player
- Flexible
- Strong and dynamic personality
