Leading American transportation company is looking for a dispatcher for its office in Plovdiv. The person must be organized and able to keep track of people who are out working, keep track of information, and communicate information as needed as part of their duties.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English - both verbal and written
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to commit to a long-term working contract
- Ability to cope in a dynamic environment
- No previous experience needed

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and prioritizes all incoming telephone calls
- Monitor and follows-up daily route assignments for the drivers to ensure customers are serviced properly.
- Troubleshoots and resolves potential delivery and pick-up problems before they result in service issues. Effectively communicate with both drivers and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Review route paperwork, enter customer information into a database
