JOB BRIEF
Our fast-growing company which is aware in the Marketing significance to achieve the company strategy and is in the business of providing services to its clients within the US market is looking for a Marketing Manager to become a part of a dynamic and friendly team in Skopje.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create an integrated marketing strategy aligned with the overall company strategy
• Managing marketing, web-design and graphic design teams
• Creation of a marketing budget
• Performing a market research
• Preparing marketing reports
• Enhancing brand awareness
• Creating marketing campaigns
• Evaluating the campaigns performance
• Interdepartmental collaboration to achieve the company goals
• Developing customer journeys in Salesforce
• Coordinating the content creation

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/E-business
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing for the US market
• Thinking out of the box
• Preferred experience in Salesforce
• Proficient written and spoken English skills
• Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and implementing marketing strategies
• The working hours for this job position are 15:00-23:00, from Monday to Friday
